Cant ever get through to the surgery I had to call over 40 times, to go down there and call from outside the building and they answered on a second ring. Phone system very cleverly set up in the hopes of the patient giving up trying to get an appointment. Terrible

Have had no problems with the surgery . It takes a while to get through on the phone but have always found the receptionists to be helpful and friendly . I wouldn't want their job .

It is as good as it can be in these difficult times. Yes, getting an appointment is a challenge, but it is still posible. Better phone system would help a lot. Midweek is less busy, so you haev better chances getting appointment there. You can also try Thornhill branche, as it is not as busy most of the time.

They only do same day appointments but you can never get through to them on the phone... by the time you get through hours after opening all the appointments are gone and you do the same thing all over again tomorrow... and on it goes. GPs don't always read e-consults properly or medication requests and you can receive a sick note / prescription or a declined prescription. However the e-consult is usually the quickest way to hear back by far. Some GPs / receptionists / staff have been really good, however when originally registering found the 'rules' overly strict and unfriendly- as in a receptionist wouldn't take in a form at reception 5 minutes before 10am or something even though I had to get to work. I dread phoning them.
