        I've just moved to this surgery. Was pleasantly surprised by the courteous lady at the reception. I am used to blase and unfriendly personnel in medical centres, and here she got me a telephone appointment with a doctor on the same day, even though I was there around noon, and only registered with the surgery the day before.

        Appalling customer service from a terrible receptionist called Debbie. Completely patronising and unhelpful. Finding a new surgery as couldnt get past the lying receptionist. Why why is this public service run like this its so sad.
