        GO TO BOILERJUICE!!..I had been using Watson Fuels for quite some time, but im afraid now they are a complete nightmare!!...a string of broken promises!...I ended up cancelling my order and going to boilerjiuce & it arrived days later!!! Sorry Watsons you're rubbish!!

        Ive been a customer for 15 years. During the last cold spell the tankscout added to my tank malfunctioned and gave a false reading it read we had 47% when in fact it was empty. Watson fuels didnt deliver when promised, kept giving mis information and were not easy to get through to, or deal with. Ive been a loyal customer because theyve always been brilliant previously, this time absolutely awful! The coldest spell of the year and through no fault of our own we were without oil for over 5 days. So surprised with the poor level of service

        We are existing customers and after our recent experience even more impressed. Over Christmas we ran out of heating oil. Phoned and three days later the oil was delivered. Brilliant. Thank you

        Awful. Failed delivery 3 times kept saying they would put a note on the system for the driver to call us. Waited in each delivery day, driver didnt call or even get out of the truck and come to the house. Cancelled our order and gone elsewhere.
