Im trying to cancel my appointment but they never answer the phone I called everyday for the last two weeks But no response Whats the point of having a phone to not answer it

Disgusting service. Needed an emergency appointment as my daughter had broken a tooth. Went through 111 and they didn't have anything on the day and agreed to the next day. We got there only to find out that the dentist wasn't coming in and they needed to cancel all the appointments for the day. When we asked why we weren't told, they said they were only told 10 minutes ago; I'm pretty sure 10 minutes it long enough to call the first patients and let them know. Now we're 18 hours after the tooth was broken and back to square one with 111. Can't speak for normal appointments, but if you need them in an emergency, go somewhere else as you can't rely on these clowns.

I went to check up my teeth first on the website they said 75 including x-ray, but this wrong, they make me paid an extra 30 and for the hygiene I paid 50, they need to train the staff about that. my teeth aren't clean, still need more, and my jaws are hurting me lots because she kept it open for a long time. This is my first and LAST time.
