An emergency apt. So not our usual dentist. This dentist prescribed my 6 year old tablets. (Husband took to the apt) I went back and asked for this to be changed to liquid. Was told I needed to bring the old medication back. So brought that back. Got a new prescription, took this to the pharmacy to be told the dentist hadn't prescribed the normal correct dose. Pharmacy phoned the dentist to be told this is the amount he wanted my son having. Went back the following Tuesday to see our usal dentist oscar. ( He is great) He wasn't happy the dose prescribed was incorrect. This is not acceptable

Such a wonderful set of people. Was referred by 111 and the receptionist, dentist and dentist assistant were all so kind and understanding.

Although I cannot fault the dentist and the care I was given. I do have a few concerns. Even though I got given a 111 appointment time for emergency dentist I waited well over 1.5hrs to see what the dentist. In addition a member of the Surgical team was clearly not happy with her receptionists maybe these sort of conversation should take place in private and not in front of paying customers. I was not given a medical firm until after seeing the dentist. This was clearly an oversight.. All that being said the dentist stopped my pain and gave me a way of dealing with it until I saw my own dentist.

I had a panic attack and chole understand what I was going through she came in the room with me all I wanted was go home Chole was so good I don't know what I will of done without anyone's helping me
