        Was a NHS patient with them until about two years ago. After my normal dental check-up, was then told I had to phone for my next NHS check-up five months later. When I phoned, as required, I was then informed they had no NHS appointments and informed that I would be placed on a waiting list and contacted when an a NHS appointment was available. I am still waiting! I have received numerous emails and costing for a private check-up and teeth whitening. Will not be using them again.

        Very disorganised establishment. Most of my visits here have resulted in cancellation upon arrival. I was also told I needed treatment but not told what for. I went to a different dentist and found this not to be the case. Zero communication and transparency.
