Ive been a patient at Bassett Dental for nearly a year now and cannot fault the practice. From general check ups to hygienist visits and even the Invisalign treatment they are the best in the game. Nicole on the front desk always does a fantastic job of getting my appointments in and answering any questions I have. Everything she does is with a smile and enthusiasm, love that! Dr Patel - faultless at what she does and has transformed my smile with the Invisalign treatment so effortlessly. Ive never experienced any pain or discomfort when Ive been in her chair. She truly is amazing at what she does! Lauren has always been there working with Dr Patel and again I cannot praise her enough either. Together they work like clockwork. The practise itself has recently been refurbished and feels very clean, modern and welcoming, each member of staff is polite and friendly :) Thank you Bassett Dental Practice!

Amazing dentist practice! My husband, myself and family have just joined this dentist and we cannot praise it enough! The receptionists Nicole and Grace are lovely, both friendly and so helpful. Dr Philippa Harris and the Dental Assistant were so nice too, and as a nervous patient they helped me feel at ease and I was happy with my treatment. Thankyou to all the team! 5 stars

We had a brilliant experience at Bassett dental. The whole team are really lovely. The dentist, the dental nurse and receptionists were very friendly and really took the time to help my daughter (and us!) feel at ease. My daughter is Autistic and having the opportunity to show her pictures of the practice itself from Google helped her feel more comfortable in the environment. Previous appointments at other practices have left my daughter feeling very anxious and reluctant to even sit in the dental chair so I'm glad we have now found a dental practice that she can build a positive relationship with. The environment is very clean and modern, the receptionists very efficient and easy to chat to. They took the time to listen when I explained about my daughters needs and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Thank you Bassett Dental for your very high standard of patient care and friendliness!
