        Very good as far as I am concerned. Yes things can happen like gas leak ect but they managed the issues when they happen and sorted them so I think it is unfair to judge them bad on this - what more does one expect?. I am a first time parent and my child has a lot of allergies and they manage them really well. So thank you all for your hard work.

        Very bad experience. We are very disappointed by the management... poor communication and on top of everything they lost our daughter birth certificate and racism!
