        Wanted to exchange euros for pounds after returning from vacation and the best rate and best customer service was at John Lewis. I checked the post office, at the airport and the exchange burou in town.

        We were enjoying a meal in the cafe which was excellent, when one of the staff come past pushing a trolley full of dirty dishes coughed without covering his mouth! We complained to customer services but were not offered a refund or any money back despite not being able to finish our meals. I don't think we will be eating there again.
