I went in for a hygiene appointment and everything looked good from the outside, but I was a bit disappointed with the service. When I sat in the chair, the dentist started counting something in my mouth, but they didn't explain what they were assessing, which put me on edge. I think explaining what was going on would have made for a better patient experience. During the treatment, the dentist said, 'Ok, now we are going to give you a really good polish,' but then proceeded to only polish my top two front teeth. He also mentioned whitening treatments, which put me off because it felt like he was just trying to upsell me. If he had mentioned it after polishing all of my teeth and I still wasn't happy, I would have considered it. Given that I don't feel like I got what I paid for in the first service and I left feeling bamboozled, I don't think it would be wise to buy another one from them. This is just my bias, but I don't mind paying a lot for my healthcare. I do expect the services to be what I pay for. I also expect the staff to deliver a professional and high level of care no matter the size of the procedure.

Had a dental implant which failed after just five years. The initial reason for failure (additional loading on implant due to adjusted bridge work by regular dentist) was suddenly dismissed after communications between regular dentist and Dental Confidence. An older implant installed by another dentist over 20 years ago seems to have stood the test of time. Suffice to say confidence in need of restoration

The dentists at Dental Confidence are the best I have encountered. I think it must be the case that the best dentists want to work there, so a virtuous cycle has become established. The reception staff and nurses are very nice too. For the first time in my life, I enjoy going to the dentist, regardless of what I am having done. And my last visit? Well, I had an infection on the root of a tooth one day before I was moving house. The receptionist was great, I saw a dentist on the day of my move AND it was still a pleasure to be there. It was the only relaxing part of that otherwise stressful day. They gave me antibiotics and then I was back a week later for the treatment. I haven't moved far, but I would travel a long way to keep them as my dentists.

Always a pleasure to visit my dentist ... yes, you heard correctly. There is always a calm atmosphere, my dentist, Kapil Mohan, always explains the treatment before it is carried out and is very conscientious in his work, which makes me confident he will do a good job.
