Parking attendant called Ann made us adjust our parking 3 times to get us so close to the car next to us we could barely open the doors which resulted in the car next to us damaging our car due to how windy it was and there door flinging open and hitting our car. We also had a baby in the back and could hardly get in to get her out along with all our things. They absolutely sandwich you in to the car park spaces so they can get more cars in. Ann was also extremely rude to us in the process when we challenged how far over the white lines and close she was making us get to the next car. She just started ignoring us and walking off, very ignorant woman. We complained to AB parking about the experience and damage caused and they just give you some pre written rubbish and were not interested in any form of compensation, not even a refund on the parking never mind our now dented car. If you care about your car at all DO NOT PARK HERE before your cruise.

at the price I paid for a week I expected a decent service. Arrived and parked OK but on return the car park was chaos with one entrance leading on to a gridlocked road when you have a ship of thousands discharging its obvious that every car will want to leave at a similar time this car park is not fit for purpose.

Incompetence at best. Arrived Sat 3/9. In case of hiccups we stayed the night before in a local hotel. Left hotel, one mile away and it took over an hour to drive the last 800 yards. Sorry, but were busy. Returned Sat 10/9. Started car at 09:55, left the car park at 11:57. A couple of thousand cars with owners paying over 100 each and they couldnt be bothered to put staff on to control the chaos until about 11:35, which helped but was far too late. No information or control meant that cars were driven across parking spaces to try to jump queues resulting in no one being able to move. When I asked it was because there was a second ship further down the quay. That turning up must have been quite a surprise. The irony was that we could have parked the car at the hotel for a small sum; which is exactly what we shall do in we have the misfortune to need to use Southampton Docks in future.

Sat 10th Sept 22 took an hour and half to get out of car park ,ineffective staff no one took responsibility, Never use again . Couldn't organise a drink in a brewery Disgraceful lack of customer service and information
