    Probably the worst cruise line as regards customer service. Their sole intention is to extract the maximum amount of money from you. They reduce cabin prices then wont refund difference. Charge you for the simplest of amendments and mss as me it difficult to get monetary refunds. Cruise with NCL at your peril!

    THEY WONT REFUND ME! Been waiting 6 months for a refund. Then promised 120 days. Then 7-14 days, that was a month ago. Theyve had my money for 18 months and basically wont give it back DISGRACE

    Awful customer service on this ship, currently on the Norwegian Spirit and will not be sailing with NCL anytime soon. Most definitely not the cruise line of choice. Besides being called a liar (of which I am not) and having some assistant excursions manager attempt to mansplain something to me, for which I lost my patience and called him a jackass - yes, not my best moment - though being mansplained to never brings out the best in me. The British Isles are wonderful, just let some other cruiseline take you there or venture on your own. NCL cares nothing for their clients, they demonstrate that time and time again. I am a Latitude member, purchased a balcony room, bought a drink package (but am not a heavy drinker) - you would think I would be the type of customer one would want to retain. Obviously not.
