        Returned an item through the Amazon hub and asked for a receipt but was that told I will receive an email instead. Never received an email and called them to check on my return (as it was a large item) and they said theyd call back but never did. The item never showed as returned or in the process of a return on Amazon. Very long-winded and I would not recommend this place for Amazon returns.

        Supposed to accept Amazon returns AND package them for return but they didnt accept it. Walked out and will do this another way. This used to be a better place than it is now. I dont recommend it at all. It was better when it was in previous ownership.

        Had an Amazon parcel delivered here. Amazon have the tracking ref to show it has been delivered, however the staff in the shop said they arent an Amazon hub and dont have any parcels! Go figure!
