AGGRESSIVE STAFF. Im a disabled motorcyclist who has been riding for 11 years now, roughly 20,000 miles. When I fill up, I stay seated on my motorcycle as standing is very painful/difficult for me. The second I start filling up, a member of staff came out the door and started yelling at me. She was so upset I thought she was going to tell me there was an emergency and to stop using the pump. She came over and was within a foot of me, very loudly and angrily yelling at me to get off my motorcycle. After she says this five times in a row, she finally pauses and I manage to tell her I cant get off because she was too close. She says this same thing about ten more times (seriously, Im not exaggerating) before I manage to say Ive been riding for years and no one has ever told me this, and I sincerely ask why they have this rule. Without explaining, she points to a sign then storms off. I read the sign and it says nothing about motorcycles whatsoever. When I go in to pay, I genuinely calmly explain Im not arguing with you or the rule, but it isnt on the sign you pointed to, so theres no way for people to know when they get in. She then started yelling at me even louder (still saying the same thing) in front of half a dozen people and stormed off again. I am speechless and just still utterly appalled at how much and over how little this woman was screaming at me.

The worst experience I have had in a while. I have always thought their automated car wash was excellent and very reasonably priced. Today, I pulled up to the car wash, a vehicle was in there using the facility. I went to get my ticket but was told it was out of service. I tried to tell them that I have literally see a car being washed. At this point they spoke over me before I had finished my sentence saying I must have seen someone using the self wash facility. The rude and arrogance I received is not acceptable. I will never use this facility again.
