        Witnessed a young member of staff show nothing but aggressive while on the till. Actually shouted at a woman who wanted to check that the cigarettes she was about to pay for were the correct ones before paying. As this store will not give customers alcohol or cigarettes until they have been paid for... sad really that all customers are treated with distrust. Not sure how but this coop always manages to employ angry, unsociable children who clearly have no customer service skills or respect. I cannot tolerate bullies and as Asda is just a few minutes walk away I will be going there in future where they treat customers with dignity and respect.
