Advice was given on how I could save the most money and get a practical laptop for my daughter- time was given without charge. This is definitely a business where customers and reputation comes before profit! If only all businesses operated this way. Thank you for helping and sorting the transfer of files from a broken laptop. : )

Excellent service from professional computer tech. My Wife's computer went to the 'blue screen of death' after failing to start up, I tried to reset using the normal windows problem solving software, with no success, looked like a VERY expensive repair. I contacted 'Good as New' and within 4 hours had the computer back fully working, and a very happy wife. The computer was full of malware and they had corrupted the start up system. Steve was very quick getting back to me to offer options and solutions...I opted for a new SSD with 'Windows 10' installed, Steve also added more memory to help with speed. All in all a excellent service from a friendly and professional company......would not hesitate to recommend...and all at a VERY affordable cost.
