I am afraid we need a higher standard of support for our business as the reliability and quality of the 2 chaps at Blue Compute did cause us some issues, we now use a more reputable IT support company that actually answer the phone or turns up when needed!..

My business of 20+ staff has used Blue Compute's IT support service for over six years now and they have proven to be professional, skilled and organised. There is usually a fast response to any queries and even when our main contact is away, the back-up has been seamless. They're proactive more than reactive too, which is great.
