Okay so due to the failure of the DWP logging this incident they had associated the incident 'dream' and decided the police report was 'fake'. To save 83 to obtain the report directly from the police the DWP decided to base their investigation solely on their own information, and the I.C.E concluded an incident did take place but wasn't logged. So 83 was all it would have taken to obtain a final working sheet from the police and this mess could have been solved in a week. Since Barker said we can't do anything about it due to a 'lack of funding', I decided to take inspiration from WW2 POW's 'escape at all cost' as you may just escape but the main aim would be to cause the enemy as much 'funding' as possible. Now I do find it hilarious Hampshire Police seems to have tried entrapment tactics, next time perhaps don't entrap people with nuclear weapons. I mean, it would have worked! If I were sent just the letters saying 'We failed in our attempt to take you to court and are now charging you the court fee's' I may have exploded but with the nuclear bomb attached to it.... Heck even if you do manage to convict me with anything, ahhhhhh double ducked. BTW: I feel perhaps I might have solved everything (=.... Obviously people who are independent and under the age of the main rate of wage (under 23, since last October) to that of minimum wage is necessary for both the individual and society, same goes to welfare. I would love to see how many people who are not receiving any support who are underpaid/under welfare'd.....public access perhaps?? Also another thing I am working on. Well, worked it out, just trying to explain to a seven year old. One wee lil tweak in an existing policy may generate more income for businesses whilst greatly reducing cost of living and having another major reduction in cost for every County Council. Weird. Nope! I is crazy person :p
