        Food was okay but we sat and waited in the (freezing) shop for an hour before it was ready. In a restaurant, Id have got up and walked out well before that length of time. We only ordered 2 mains and 2 sides so an hours wait was in no way justified.

        Very disappointed, the last time I used this takeaway, they kept me waiting for a delivery for over an hour, when I called them they suggested I collect my meal, which I reluctantly did. Tonight I tried them again, reminding them that I waited for an hour last time, this time they promised me, my meal would be delivered in forty minutes, after waiting an hour again, I called them and they said they thought I had cancelled my meal. What a chaotic way to run a business. Never again.
