Disgusting customer service Never will I ever order from here again. The woman on the phone has no respect or customer service at all. I ordered through their website and was sent an order from the 17th December 2022. I phoned to ask for a correction but the woman was so rude and did NOT acknowledge that I paid by card for an incorrect order all I kept getting was how this was my fault although she could tell me what I had ordered even after agreeing that the order sent was from 17th December. She also tried to tell me that I hadn't paid for the order even though I showed the delivery driver my banking app transaction. The driver was in agreement that I could not have paid the exact amount for a different order from 2022. The woman at the Chinese kept saying she would get her driver to collect the food but I'd have to pay for the food I have touched. COMPLETE SCAM, STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHINESE.
