I ordered the large teriyaki chicken box with rice. Only around 5% of the meal was chicken (only 4 small strips) and tonnes of rice. There was also no Teriyaki sauce (not that i could taste). Really disappointing, I wont be returning.

Awful experience I had to wait for twenty minutes when there was only 1 other customer. I asked for rice and Thai green curry and specifically said I don't want noodles. It was take out and they gave me noodles with it. The level of hotness literally made my my mouth burn and lips swell. When I phoned to explain they had got my order wrong and that I couldn't even eat what they had given me (believe me I tried) they told me to walk back down and refused to deliver to me when i'm a 20 minute walk away and told me that the three chilli for hotness should indicate how hot it was. My partner is African so I eat hot food and and I have never ever eaten something so ridiculously hot its like they fried the noodles in a jar of wassabi paste. Awful place and won't be going back Poor food Unorganised Poor customer service After note in 2023. Forgot to add on here that I was eventually given a free voucher. When I went back to get my free food the guy who served me admitted that the person who dished my food was new and put a whole ladle of wasabbi sauce on my noodles in error. Funny how they didn't admit to that on the phone.

I ordered a tofu pad tai, they first made it with egg, I came back in he asked me and which was nice, I told them I am vegan and he remade it politely, no problem. However when I I came home the second batch clearly had fish sauce in it.. I didnt go back, I just binned it. There was also a lack of fillings it was 80% rice noodles and lacked veg and tofu. The cleanliness in the shop was also poor, I could see he washes the wok but everything everywhere is covered in grime and dust : / I used wok and go in other cities, they are a franchise, its a shame this location is not up to standard in comparison to the others I have had. Its a shame because they are nice people but my experience was really poor and I wasted my money.
