    Brought a Kia sportage and on pickup found the tyre pressure monitor light on check tyres and one has a normal rubber valve not a monitor. phone garage and said order one and i will fit as this is a mot failure. was sorted straight away

    Brought a car from them, 10 months in suffered complete engine failure, despite the fact that the car was fully serviced (allegedly) prior to purchase they couldnt have been less helpful if they tried. Unless your having the car checked over by your own independent mechanic I would give them an incredibly wide berth. They tell you when you want to hear and avoid you like the plague once you sign. Even having a wing mirror replaced for an electronic failure after purchase was a nightmare. Had to chase them for months to get a response. Not happy with the level of service. They are all good when you are holding the cash but once you have parted with it they couldnt care less. Would not recommend.

    At first the people who work there was very friendly but as soon as I got the car the service has gone down hill dramatically from having to chase them for certain details what is important especially the warranty paper work what I still haven't received but got a copy through email after chasing nd complaining, even then they put the wrong email address on it when I questioned it they told me to not worry about in text message from the person they work with so I will be calling the rac warranty to make sure all the details is actually correct because I'm pretty sure having the correct details is a must especially on warrantys and seeing if there are other places to get my car in to be looked at, as asking that question got completely ignored which just wants me to avoid contacting them as the it feels like they don't want to deal with customers as soon as they get the money thats it they are done with you. All I want is to book the car in for a issue what is needing to be sorted out what has become more apparent since I got the car a month ago they say they are all booked up what isn't an issue, but it started with asking for pictures of car what I waited a day for pictures what was taken from the website what was shown to me at the office when expecting proper pictures of the car as was told, what was meant to be done within a hour, then the warranty issue with incorrect details getting told don't worry and iv just checked the service book theres no service history, was told before getting the car it was getting serviced i will be checking for any signs if it actually happened and most possibly be needing to pay for a full service to make sure everything is actually up to date and recorded. Not impressed starting to regret going with them its been one thing after another and when you are a full time carer for 3 special needs kids who are dependent on me for getting them from A to B with a car I got a month ago what has got a issue or possible issues when I got it and cant use it is frustrating and if the actual test drive wasn't just around the block and able to get the car actually warmed up when the issue becomes apparent then I would of refused to take it until it was sorted as iv only done short drives but when done a long drive it dose become apparent the car isn't running how it should nd the car been sat since I noticed it about 2weeks ago when I first contacted the person I was told to contact but unfortunately had to isolate due to covid but since been in contact going back and forth waiting to get the car sorted. I let certain things go but it's consistent being push from pillar to post and certainly the customer service seriously lacking and just be prepared to be told you get it in 10-30mins or 1hour and not actually receive it nd end up doing the chasing.
