Had a viewing scheduled for a car. They sent me a text message saying that it has been sold just 1 hour before the viewing, when I had already bought train tickets to see it. Not professional at all.

Highly recommended not to trust this dealer. I am absolutely, disappointed by this car dealer. Took the advantage of COVID-19 and sold me a damaged car. After few days, found TCM and Clutch B Actuator control Circuit of the car are faulted but this dealer is not ready to do anything and saying sorry to hear that we have sold the vehicle at low Indicator price which is cheaper from the book price, we have supplied you will the platinum warranty please use that as we will not cover for anything as we have sold the vehicle 856 below book price. Kind regards Ray Actually, the car has no service history and I have happened to do full service at first place and spent much money for diagnosis. secondly, the dealer mentioned they will deliver the car at home but they came by driving the car but charged the delivery charge! Finally, I couldnt use the car for months because of the fault and lasting, I got an appointment at Ford Company on 16/09/2021 for diagnosis plus repair. So, never ever trust this garage. I must say I wasted both time and money for this car. God bless the people not to get fooled by this car dealer.
