Snows Alfa Romeo Southampton

Steve and Billy did a great job sorting out the delivery of my new Alfa. Delivery problems arose through no fault of Snows. But these two guys were really good at finding solutions and I am now the happy owner of a Tonale. Thanks for your efforts.

I took my Giulia in for its 30,000 mile service. The staff were welcoming and processed my details quickly. The lack of a replacement belt necessitated a call to me to ask if an aftermarket part would suffice. Sadly no belt could be procured in order to complete this major service. An honest explanation and proposal of a way ahead by took the disappointment out of this embarrassing let down of the Snows technicians by the Alfa parts department. I look forward to completing my service soon, sadly this entails another journey to Southampton rather than at a local non Alfa Snows dealership. Frustrating all round but handled well.

My 11 year old Giulietta had accumulated soot in the DPF system and I was having problems finding a garage in Scotland, where I live, to tackle the problem. I was visiting family near Southampton and realised there was an Alfa garage - the garage agreed to take on the job and also serviced and valeted my car. The car is running beautifully and the customer service extended well beyond what was expected.
