Absolutely amazing service from start to finish! After a straightforward questionnaire done over the phone with Business Plans Direct, they were able to get started right away. They made sure we were in the loop by coming back to us to update us on the progress and to gather any additional information they required at different stages until finally delivering a business plan that helped us secure a startup loan in record time, which might I add was complimented over and over by the Lender. I would 100% recommend Business Plans Direct to anyone who is struggling to get started on their business plan, the end result is a great Business plan but the process is what really adds value. The communication and types of questions you have to answer along the way really give you a better insight into the viability of your plan and allow you to identity any issues early on that you didn't think of before; making your idea that much better. 10/10
