He has supported me by ensuring that I am up to date with new guidelines especially around Covid-19 and ensuring that I have everything in place to run the service as safely and smoothly as possible. He is also very time efficient and tries to support embed simplified processes to run the service which provide excellent results. Has been a pleasure to work alongside Chris :)
