Mr Clutch Autocentres

I took my car yesterday for a service and two repairs, they couldn't fix one of the repairs but they said that they fixed the other, unfortunately I trusted them and I didn't check, this morning I realized that they didn't. They never called me to go and collect the car although it was ready, and when I arrived the lead mechanic gave me a receipt and I had to repeatedly ask him about what they did to my car where I got a halfhearted response like I was a nuisance. I am discussed, I was taking my cars to their garage for the past 6 years, never again.. Stay away at any cost, Frankly, I don't even know if they did the service.. Really disappointing service, left car with them (all of 2 staff were there!) For a new clutch, they told me it would be ready by 5pm, I called them at 4pm after 2 attempts, got no answer both times, still not ready, they didn't call me to tell me either! Then told me it would be ready by 1pm - 2pm following day!! Careless attitude by the guy I spoke to, just avoid using them, extremely disappointing service!!!

EDITED: I cant upload my invoice here, but comically my invoice is addressed to MR NICOLA VAUHGAN which is why you are unable to find me on your records (if you searched at all). Happy to send this through to a customer service email. Not impressed and wont be returning to this garage. Booked my car in for an MOT last Friday, I wasnt given a time slot and was just told to bring it in first thing. After me phoning in the afternoon to see when my car would be ready to collect, I was given excuses about the MOT ramp not working and so there was a delay. After phoning just before they closed, I was told they hadnt been able to complete my MOT and that my car would be ready the following morning. I was phoned at 9:45 the next morning, and was told that my car had failed on a back tyre that needed repairing. They said that Id need to collect the car, take it to the local tyre shop round the corner and have it back to Mr Clutch by 11am in order for them to redo the MOT as they closed at 12 (it says on Google they dont close until 5:30pm which I found strange). My other half got down to the garage, managed to get the tyre sorted quickly thanks to the excellent tyre shop, and got it back to Mr Clutch in time. A guy at Mr Clutch then drove the car away to my other halfs surprise! When he returned he asked where theyd taken our car and he confessed that they outsource their MOTs to another garage (ATR Motors - this is also listed on our receipt). We werent advised upon booking that this work would be outsourced, which I feel is very misleading to customers. I have no idea as to the reputation of ATR Motors, and chose Mr Clutch based on their name and reputation. To receive an MOT from a third party isnt what we signed up for, and at no point did we receive an apology throughout this experience from Mr Clutch for this not being made clear. Customer service was poor in general and we wont be returning to this garage, despite being regular customers for a number of years.

The team there saw my car immediately after a 2 minute phone call and sorted everything out in under an hour. No messing around and didn't try to pull one over me, even after having been to 2 garages the same day. Very good service!!
