        I havent stayed here personally but when you ring up about your friend/family that are in the premises and the staff are rude and shouting down the phone at you as you raise concerns about the person staying there it is disgusting and there is no support or care and no decency to even go check the person you have raised concerns about seriously think about peoples mental health as this place has a duty of care to check their residents that are staying in the property and they have failed to do so
