        Blocked from instagram for questioning the cancellation policy which as a potential customer is my right to do so (NOT fabricated as your response states, all true, Happy to share the screenshots of this so called 'rude' message if you'd like that caused you to block me immediately after). Every email of correspondence that you receive from them states 'Flexible cancellation policy-Cancel for free anytime, but you will be charged for a no show' I had to cancel my appointment but gave OVER 24 hours notice (NOT on the same day as your response states). Rather than an explanation or apology that the emails do not mean what they say I got blocked and money taken from my account. It's not about the money, a professional response was all it would've taken. A big disappointing 1* from me.
