About 3 weeks before I went away on holiday I had a podiatry appointment which was actually very good. Because that went well I booked for a pedicure the day before I went away. When I booked I said I wanted to treat myself and have the full works on my feet . They asked for a deposit of 10 and said to pay the rest after treatment. When I arrived the lady apologised and said she had been let down for childcare but I didn't mind the little girl being there. However the little girl required a lot of attention and my appointment lasted a little over half an hour. It was very rushed and all the while the child kept being told was we are going home in a minute. My feet were soaked a couple of times, quickly filed then 3 layers if polish done very quickly without hardly drying between coats. Needless to say it didn't set properly and was still tacky some hours later hence it smudged. When it was time to pay she asked if I was making another appointment and as I wasn't she deducted my deposit an still charged me another 18. I was flabbergasted, 28 for a very rushed service which was not the full relaxing experience I was expecting or hoping for. I was very disappointed Service: Pedicure

Very mixed feelings. Had a pedicure and manicure done yesterday by a lovely warm lady, absolutely flawless service. But on the same day later on, the gel varnish bubbled and uncured gel was pouring out, and normal varnish on my toes was still sticky 6 hours later. I had a special occasion the next day and I have spent two hours getting it done to end up looking worse than before. Went back to ask for a refund as I had no time to have it redone- nor I would like it redone with the same product so it can start peeling off of me in a couple of hours. Very unhappy manager, refunded me 8 out of 50 I spent on the service, had a cheek to point out I have actually underpaid 2. Left me speechless. Let me tell you, the way you conduct your business is absolutely outrageous and you have no class. Scolding the employee in front of the customer to relieve your obvious frustration is lowest of the low, especially if she has done nothing wrong except using the bad quality product that YOU supplied. Things can go wrong sometimes and its not the end of the world. All can be resolved so both parties are happy its not about the money, its about how you handle the situation and you have failed on every level. Pathetic.
