Just phoned the West End branch to make an appointment, and explained I had a voucher, she said they are not taking appointments for the first month for Voucher customers. I asked when the 2nd month begins, she said she doesn't know, would have to speak to her boss to find out, I asked her to also find out if people who have vouchers, if their money is less important than those that are paying by cash or cards. She said she can't answer that, so I asked her when I can expect a call back, she said I am with a customer, so I don't know, so I said what time are you expecting to finish with the customer, she said I don't know when I can get hold of my boss. My friend spent a very valuable 50 on buying a voucher for me, if I am now going to be treated like a second class citizen because that money is in the bag for Easter Arts, then I find that totally unacceptable.
