Had the usual beard trimming and then as he was trimming below my chin I warned him I had dry skin and using the clipper much would cause me nicks and bleeding.
He ignored this and went heavy with the clipper , which then lead to me having nicks on my neck.
When I complained he said how can I do it then ! , without even an apology.
Going home I had to finish his work anyway and even out my beard below my chin !
Hygiene is rubbish and I cant see him sanitising his tools properly after every customer.
** I even said thank you after this terrible experience, not my problem if he didnt listen
