Could do with more staff serving customers and a dedicated fast channel for click and collet orders. Car park is busy with only one space free. Access via the Millbrook Road service road

Poor customer service. Turning customers away that were told they could collect items saying they were "not ready as it was a bank holiday the day they ordered" ?? Not even an apology half the time.
