Bought a pair of bulbs for my car recently from this website based on the good reviews however I will never recommend anyone to buy from this company! Bad customer service and incorrect details on items. The bulbs I purchased didnt match the description. The description said it was white light but when I got them fitted it was warm yellow colour. I got intouch by phone first so the advisor told me to email them so I did with photo evidence. The response I got from them was not helpful and disappointing. They responded back saying: The description that we use is from the information of the brand has provided of the item, If you are not happy with the product its worth taking up with the brand of the bulb and provide them with your feed back WOW! So youre selling a product knowing it doesnt match the description but you copied and pasted it on your site for people to buy. Cut the long story short it didnt get resolved I sent it back. Cost me time and money (labour)/postage. They sent replacement ones which was abit cheaper and refunded me the difference but guess what. The news ones arrived and when I got them fitted theyre still warm colour when I wanted cool bright white light. I gave up! Just avoid them at all costs.

Very helpful technical advice, very wide range of kit , have used them before over the last few years , used online and now physically at the shop , good experience

I've had a break lamp go out, so I ordered new lamps from this company. 7 days so far and still waiting for them. I've today ordered some from a different company and they're arriving tomorrow pre 10am. Not really great when they tell you to wait 10 days to see if will arrive, then contact the courier first, then the sender... never again.

Not impressed at all....Ebay is full of LED bulbs (same quality, three times cheaper). The whole point for me was to spent more and get more, but not this time...I've been through Europe last month and regret why I didn't get my old bulbs with me to change them back and throw those away as much as I can... P.S. My old bulbs are completely fine, just don't like the colour of the light( bit yellow), wanted to be more stylish
