I have a 2018 MK7.5 Golf R Estate. Just had a great experience having Stage 1 Racingline ECU/TCU , plus Racing line R600 Intake, R600 High Flow Turbo Inlet, Racingline Turbo Muffler Delete. The performance increase is fantastic for this platform. 360BHp / 580Nm Torque - Impressive!. The Service and location was fantastic. Great Team in Southampton. I would 100% highly recommend. Helpful from start to finish.

Had works carried out years ago by Regal on our VW. -Anti roll bars fitted on incorrect settings (not as requested) -Wheel alignment completely out after 2 attempts (took elsewhere to get it corrected and they issued refund upon printout) -Installed aftermarket drop links & charging additional (without informing me) -Installed exhaust catback incorrectly (blowing, off centre and wasn't aligned) took the car to Scorpion Exhausts,refitted the system correctly free of charge and covered travel costs. Personally I would never use them again, and would recommend going elsewhere. I'd also never buy a vehicle they've worked on. No "improvements" made over the years would change my view and experience of them.

Please get a quote first before getting any work done. Not the cheapest by any means. Also found it weird that they explicitly check and get you to confirm there is no video camera in your car prior to any work being carried out

Used them before for servicing only, I even recommend them to friends but after my last visit i thing i got robbed Ive decided to see them as they are local to me, and I just wanted to confirm fault which Ive already new what was the problem. In fact i went to two other places to diagnose fault, first JKM Motor in Portsmouth with courtesy car charged me 68 with further quotation of 980 in total and i had to leave my car for whole day. So i decided to go to another garage just to make sure as the problem is not that serious to take any action at the moment. I went to see Andri Best Car Doctor at Bitterne. Guy ask his Technician to go for 5 min ride with me, we came back put on ramp, checked showed me what is the cause of noise but there is not leaks or any other issues that required immediate or reason to panic or replace at current stage. They charged me 0. So i got it confirmed and decide to use Regal for my claim. Booked dat with Regal drop my car at 8:30, explained to them what is the problem and what are the symptoms and where the noise is coming from just need confirmation for my Insurance Claim.They said to come back after 12:00 call them to see if its ready but it wasnt, told me to come around after 17:00 so i did. Waited for another 20 min just to find out that there is no problem no fault nothing to see or take action car was road tested 20 miles and got billed at the end 150 i was speechless and left.
