Absolutely awful GP surgery. Impossible to get through to anyone on the phone. There is always AT LEAST a 20 minute wait to speak to someone. And if you think going into the surgery in person to make an appointment will be any easier, don't even bother because the receptionists will POINT BLANK REFUSE to do it, instead making you fill in a long and incredibly tedious online form, only to get a half arsed text from a nurse (or doctor if you're lucky) a couple of days later, that you cannot reply to. So good luck actually having a conversation with a doctor. Also, my baby daughter has ended up in hospital due to their negligence and complete lack of care for the wellbeing of babies. Avoid like the plague.
