        Horrible/ rude customer service! Made to feel very unwelcome and what I asking was stupid. I recommend art effects over this place, which has a very friendly owner happy to help and listen to whatever you desire.

        I recently purchased a frame for an odd sized, signed poster. I was satisfied with the service as they helped me choose a frame and a border, as well as explain to me how to look after the poster. The staff were also friendly.
