Great apartment block, reasonably priced. Everything works in the flat. Nice and clean and tidy. Great internet. Pav and the crew work hard helping out. Note the one star review at the time I write this is for a different Heywood Homes company!

We bought a house off Heywood Homes in 2005 at Uwch Gwendraeth Drefach with the intention of moving there when we retired, after moving there we have found that the Streets have still not been Adopted due to them not being up to standards, The main problem is the Street lights which have never worked we have been told since the estate was first built, The street is very dangerous at nights as there is no lights at all working at the bottom end of the street & need to know who are liable.
