        We embarked on having air-conditioning installed in our home without any previous experience whatsoever. However the gentleman who advised and subsequently installed our system was 6*plus - we simply cant rate him and the organisation highly enough. Everything was explained to us down to the finest detail and the fitting was carried out with such a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail that we were generally surprised - but oh so so delighted. Throughout it all our precious new home was treated with the utmost respect. Most of all the product that was recommended to us is absolutely excellent and so appropriate for our living environment.
