We have had a number of awful experiences with other care companies over the years so finding this care company has been a breathe of fresh air. People that care! Each and every carer I have met have been kind and loving. They are honest, trustworthy, reliable and I would recommend this company to anyone who has a loved one with dementia It is reassuring to know these lovely ladies (including office staff) are there for their clients family and friends too. Our experience with Mindful Care over the past few years has been second to none. They truly do treat every client as an individual and, from the start, bent over backwards to meet my specific, rather unusual, requests towards my husbands wellbeing. This involved the provision of outings and activities that allowed my husband to lead as full and interesting life as his condition allowed while I was taking my much needed break away from the situation. However difficult these outings became, Mindful Care found a way to facilitate my requests. I cant speak too highly of them and would recommend anyone looking for individually tailored care to look no further than Mindful Care and Support.
