        Had an order arrived prompt however when there was a problem with the order was promise call back after call back but this never materialised. I have also had to chase a refund twice and still waiting for the confirmation the refund is being processed. The communication for the company is very poor from support staff to the front line.

        Dont bother with this company, I got the Hypervolt Plus as a gift but they messed up on the order and didnt send out the item, I chased it and had no reply, so I decided to get a refund, I have been emailing them since 6 March 2020 and still have not had a refund. This is beyond my understanding and I dont know how to follow it up to actually get a refund they keep telling me to wait and wait. Poor customer service, I will never use this service ever again. Stay away people if you want my advice
