        I dropped off some donations today and the staff member didn't acknowledge me but said to her colleague grumpily, 'what ARE we going to do with this lot!' The colleague took it and I left. There was no need to be so rude. If you don't want to donations, put a sign on the door saying you're not accepting or politely ask us to take them elsewhere. You've made me feel very upset. If you are that rude, you probably shouldn't be working somewhere where you have customers. Everyone is stressed and has bad days but when you're working you need to put it to one side. It costs nothing to be kind.
