        Great doctors always, but rude and impatient receptionists, awful wait times and the phones are always so busy you cant get through. Had to move surgeries because this became unbearable.

        I've seen a GP today for a persistent chest/breathing issue. GP was lovely and thorough when talking to be about how long it had gone on for, I felt that I was listened to, that a treatment plan was put in place and a follow up in case I need further help. I would definitely recommend Southam Surgery.

        I highly recommend this GP practice. The receptionists, Drs and nurses have always been really lovely and helpful. I dont usually frequent the surgery but am having various tests for a particular issue currently and everyone has been so kind and sensitive. When you are feeling emotional/unwell, kindness and feeling listened to make such a huge difference. Thank you to all the staff at the practice!
