        Ordinarily I have no issues in this store. Today however I had the ridiculous situation where an o line order I went in to collect but was refused as I had my 17 year old son with me. The products were solvents (Brake Cleaner) to perform a repair job on his motorcycle. Now whilst I appreciate there is a legal requirement to only sell these products to 18 and over I doubt I would have had the same problem if I actually had my 10 year old with me. Instead I had to drive straight to the branch in Daventry where I purchased the products with him in tow with zero issues. Perhaps some common sense would of been appropriate. I suggest you make it clear that you should not bring your children to store if collecting these products.
