Edited review- Unfortunately After years of being a customer I will no longer be buying products from here, the quality seems to have lessened with each order I make the past couple of orders Ive unfortunately had to complain about . With my last order, which was roughly about 180; it took two weeks to arrive, i understand that their orders can sometimes take longer but with no communication this isnt fair on the customer especially when I tried to communicate and it took a full day of ringing until someone picked up my call and then I was informed theyd seen me ringing all day. I got the feeling they had forgotten about my order and rushed it through when they saw me ringing, which meant I didnt have my extensions for the event Id ordered them for. For the money being spent I dont feel the quality of the hair or the service is worth it anymore. Its sad because they use to be my favourite extensions. Tried to persevere and hoped it would get better but I wont be purchasing again. Very high quality service. Bought many times and love the extensions. High quality hair and zero damage to my own hair. As Ive got incredible thin hair, its great for adding needed volume and length. Will recommend to anyone with the same issues.

I absolutely love these hair extensions... come in a wide range of colours, easy to use and provide a dramatic look for special occasions without the damage to your hair I have the whole range from ponytails to extensions and flashes of colour as it is real hair u can style them as much as u want and the quality lasts years

I have used a number of these extensions over the years after my hairstylist recommended them to me and the colour match is just excellent. Really good for a quick change in style!

Ive worn a Flip-In hair peice daily now since 2012 and have never looked back. Only my hairdresser and husband know that my hair isnt all my own! Ive no stress or damage to my own like I previously had with bonded extensions and the colour match is perfect for my tone. It looks extremely natural and styles effortlessly too x
