GL52 Fitness

Five stars for GL52 Fitness! I have zero motivation to go to a gym, figure out how to use the kit and get myself going so attending the Strength and Conditioning classes here are my perfect solution. Classes are a great size meaning Ed and Jack's focus is always on you, refining your technique, encouraging you to push yourself and showing a genuine interest in you and your wellbeing. Members are so friendly, it feels like being part of a family at GL52. Classes are full of laughs, great music and likeminded people, it's never a slog to get myself up at 5.15am to get there for 6am. There are socials too which are great to be a part of, especially if you are new to Cheltenham or are just looking for some lovely people to spend time with! The kit is fantastic, with lots of it to go around during classes and it's clean and organised. A brilliant place to spend time if you're up for committing to get your self strong, both in your body and mindset towards fitness. Thank you Ed for creating such a fantastic place which is so much more than just a gym.
