Dear Heart of England, Southam. I just wanted to say a massive thank you for helping me arrange my brother's funeral. Having never had to arrange anything like this before I didn't even know where to start...I really appreciate you guiding me through the process. Thank you for looking after my brother and making sure the day went smoothly. Finally, on a personal note, an extra thank you to Caroline who firstly, came back to the branch out of hours, in her own time, so I could see my brother in the Chapel of Rest and went the extra mile, in helping me find ashes of another relative. I can't even put into words how kindly Caroline treated me, I would recommend Caroline to anyone. Thank you again, April Harrington

We chose the Co-op in Southam when our mum died as it was the place she had worked. Caroline was our contact and couldnt have been more helpful and informative. She helped us on every level through the stressful process. Caroline was especially kind with our Dad on his visit. She actually even managed to find our mum Co-op number ( after 65years ) which gave us a small discount. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caroline.

We would highly recommend Co-operative funeral care, as they have recently taken great of our mum who passed away in July. The two ladies, Lisa and Elizabeth were in touch daily with us and letting us know how things were progressing. Their compassion was second to none and they made a very difficult time more bearable knowing they were there helping us through. Even when the funeral was over they continued supporting us. Thank you both so much.

We recently found ourselves in the unimaginable situation of having to arrange a funeral for our wonderful son, age 21. Being local to us we decided to use The Co-op Funeral Care in Southam. Having never arranged a funeral and being in a state of shock and absolute devastation we were completely at their mercy for guidance and support. From the very first phone call we felt secure that we would be taken care of. Elizabeth, Lisa and Carole were fantastic every step of the way. They were so gentle, caring and supportive and were particularly patient with us while we came to terms with the terrible decisions we needed to make. Every step of the way they guided, supported, comforted and advised us and very importantly communicated with us continuously regarding the whereabouts and care of our son. He was treated with the utmost dignity and when we visited him in the chapel of rest he had clearly been looked after beautifully and cared for in every way which was an enormous comfort. On the day of the service everything went exactly to plan, all of our thoughts and ideas were accommodated (as far as COVID restrictions allowed) and we felt like every one involved had done him proud. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to other families and will be eternally grateful for the care and attention they showed our precious son and our whole family.
