Seen some improvements in recent months but it still has a long way to go before it can fulfill its potential.

First of all people who rates more than one star to this hotel are definitely repetitive or the owner. Please Avoid this place. No warm water No Towel, No toilet paper . No bin. No cups. No Heaters. a broken kettle and a TV remote with no battery , the property is in a very poor condition with mould in the walls, really bad smell inside the room . its not worth to pay more than 10 , if the owner see this review, please sale this property to someone who can rebuild it Tnx. i have all the pictures of the room

Terrible hotel, stay away. All the negative comments are accurate. I left the same night I arrived, disgusting, cold with filthy communal toilet and terrible attitudes of staff. Got a charge back on card after bank decided in my favour. Took complaint to the bar, was shunned away, they even accused me of not leaving the hotel that night, and insisted I stayed for the two nights, and then accused me of not leaving the key. Positive comments are either friends/associates from this hotel, or from visually impaired/deaf people - in my opinion

I have never in my 53-year-old life been so violated and insulted by a hotel owner. we rented two rooms for 6 people. when we arrive from Sweden to London, he says that they have unfortunately rented out a room that we were supposed to have. and he wants 3 of us to go to another hotel 4 miles away. we obviously don't want to split up. it almost degenerated into fights. when everything calms down we see that neither the first nor the second hotel is worth the name. filthiest and most disgusting I've ever seen. after checking the rooms we decide to leave the place without money or room to stay. it was not possible to stay there even for one night anyway. I have to put one star here, but they are not worth it.
