Terrible costumer service with unprofessional and extremely slow staff. It took them 10 days to finally take care of my prescription. Every time I called them for an update, they asked me to call back in 15 minutes for them not to pick up the phone anymore. Even when the prescription was ready to be picked up, I had to wait 20 minutes so they can finish the paperwork. Avoid at any cost!!!

Conveniently located between Hammond Road Surgery and Welcome Practice. I went here to pick up medicine for my sons asthma. A small but friendly chemist and perfectly fine customer service. Nothing to complain about

The slowest pharmacy I've ever been to. It takes them ages to just provide you a simple prescription. Try to avoid it if possible
