        Michael is super friendly and a fab PT. I was a complete beginner to the gym & he made me feel really comfortable and at ease despite my lack of experience. Hes patient & ensures youre performing at your best. His humour also makes the session fly by :)

        Michael is a lovely person and a really good trainer. He listened to all my concerns and what I wanted to achieve. He then talked me through my personal training plan. Anything I was not comfortable with doing, he amended. Michael always motivates me and I'm always learning from him. I highly recommend him as a personal trainer.
